We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee our firm's financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support our continued growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm's accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO initiatives.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
- Manage the firm's website and ensure content remains current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Plan and coordinate client appreciation events, seminars, webinars, networking events, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic marketing and relationship-building initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, business associations, and community organizations.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and return on investment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage the firm's social media presence and online reputation.
- Coordinate branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist with preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Work closely with partners and staff to support business development initiatives and achieve growth targets.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay informed of current marketing trends, digital technologies, and best practices within the professional services industry.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a CPA firm, financial services, or another professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our CPA firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen client relationships, and support the firm's overall growth. The role involves working closely with our partners and client service team to promote our accounting, tax, and advisory services to existing and prospective clients.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing accounting, tax, or financial services.
- Knowledge of branding and lead generation strategies.
- Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing reporting tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
