Cocktail Bartender – The Kingsway
We’re looking for thoughtful, skilled bartenders to join our team across three restaurants, all a few doors down from each other in the Kingsway:
- Bramble - Upscale Gastropub
- Merlot - French Bistro + Rooftop Patio Bar
- Heron - Modern Mexican
Each space has its own personality, but they all share the same standard. Guest experience comes first. Always.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Makes great drinks, clean and consistent
- Moves well in a busy room without losing attention to detail
- Knows how to read guests and create the right tone
- Enjoys genuine conversation, not forced service
- Takes pride in doing things properly
You don’t need to fit a mold. We’ll spend time understanding your style and place you where you’ll do your best work.
What matters most is simple:

Pay: $17.60 per hour
