It Takes a Village Canada is seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Home Child Care Providers to join our growing licensed home child care agency serving families across the GTA.

PositionLicensed Home Child Care Provider
Earn approximately $180–$350 per day based on enrollment and program participation
Flexible opportunities available including:
- Full-time care
- Part-time care
- Before and after school care
- Evening and weekend care
- Overnight care (optional)
- Emergency and flexible care options
Provider Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging home child care environment
- Plan age-appropriate learning experiences and activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain daily communication with families
- Follow agency policies, licensing standards, and health and safety requirements
- Foster an inclusive and culturally responsive environment for all children

Qualifications
- Experience caring for children preferred
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Safe and appropriate home environment
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Vulnerable Sector Check required
- Commitment to inclusive, respectful, and professional care
