Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various projects, including residential and commercial construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. The Plumber will ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations, contributing to efficient and reliable plumbing operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other mechanical tools to perform precise installations and repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills.
- Collaborate with team member on technical plumbing and hydronic heating system.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of work to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within residential and or commercial settings.
- Familiarity with hydronic heating systems, schematics, blueprints reading, and mechanical schematics.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques, hand tools usage, and basic math calculations relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Background in maintenance work related to manufacturing or construction environments is advantageous.
