Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Associate / Social Media Coordinator to join our team who is familiar with new online social media trends, with experience in retail setting and strong customer service skills. This role is vital in helping the shop run smooth while driving our brand presence across digital platforms and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and customer seervice. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend sales expertise with innovative social media content creation to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Duties
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Promote in store shopping and customer checkout/transactions
- General cleaning and errand tasks in down-time
- Create engaging visual content utilizing Canva, Adobe, and AI to promote products and campaigns.
- Ability to create and follow monthly marketing plans
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
- Manage phone calls and online bookings
- Monitor customer service and Google reviews
- Proofread all digital content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, graphic design, and social media best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media skills, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Experience with customer service and retail.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and Google Analytics for performance tracking.
Prior experience with digital marketing that involve content creation, campaign management, or analytics is preferred. Must be a good fit for the shop. This role is ideal for a younger motivated individual passionate about blending social media marketing to drive sales growth & appointments.
The job duties may vary, some days may be spent doing errands and tasks around the store. Some days may include creating viral videos, ordering products, vendor markets and more. Each day can be something new and exciting!
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
