Job Summary
Pappas Law Firm is a plaintiff personal injury firm located in the City of Vaughan. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Lawyer to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail. A strong interest in personal injury law and familiarity with Primafact, PC Law, Microsoft Office is preferred. This role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to advocating effectively for clients. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment that values precision, professionalism, and client-centered service.
Duties
- Prosecute both Tort and Accident Benefit claims at any stage;
- Represent clients in discoveries, mediations, pre-trial conferences, case conferences, motions and other hearings as they arise;
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motion records, mediation memoranda, settlement proposals, LAT applications, and other legal drafting tasks as they arise; and
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
Experience
- Have at least two (2) years of post call plaintiff personal injury experience;
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school;
- Be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario; and
- Knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure, Insurance Act, SABS and LAT Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
