About the Role
As a Client Care Representative, you will be the welcoming face and calming voice of our clinic. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every client and patient receives exceptional service—from the moment they contact us to the moment they leave our doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily communications
- Check clients in and out; process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and friendly reception area
- Handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience an asset
- Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems; experience with veterinary software a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
