Responsibilities
- Perform body contouring treatments and laser procedures with precision and care, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
- Provide thorough consultations to educate clients about treatment options, benefits, and aftercare instructions.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments, adhering to health regulations.
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring their comfort during visits.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales of skincare or beauty products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance client results.
- Support team efforts by maintaining a clean treatment area, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized after each use.
Experience
- Previous experience in a beauty or wellness setting is preferred, especially in roles involving customer service or retail sales.
- Knowledge of body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in hospitality or front desk operations helps in delivering seamless guest experiences.
- Certification or training in laser technology or body contouring procedures is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $5,000.00-$9,000.00 per month
