Landscaping Laborer
· Common ground areas are maintained and kept clean daily
· Garbage compounds are maintained, bins are prepared for garbage truck pick-up
Daily Duties
· Cutting, trimming and blowing lawn areas
· Trimming and cleaning walkways and common areas
· Remove and/or repair patio slabs or interlocking brick
· Pruning trees
· Laying sod
· Place and remove flower beds
· Pick up yard waste
· Painting as required
· Temporary road repairs
MUST HAVE:
- Clean drivers abstract
- G license
