Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking experienced Front of House Servers who view service as a craft, professionals passionate about guiding guests through an unforgettable dining experience while delivering thoughtful, attentive hospitality.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining environments
- Possess strong wine knowledge, including Niagara and international wines (Italian Wines an Asset)
- Bring warmth, professionalism, and poise to every guest interaction
- Feel comfortable in a setting where genuine hospitality and thoughtful service are valued
- Be curious and knowledgeable about food, wine, and seasonal cooking
- Thrive in a creative, fast-paced team environment
- Embrace our “Farm to Fire” philosophy and help translate it into an authentic guest experience
- Be highly detail-oriented
