Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Store Manager for our Women's Clothing Boutique. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion and retail management, looking to lead a team while providing exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure sales goals are met, and maintain an inviting shopping environment. Pevious retail management experience in the women's fashion industry is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service
- Manage merchandising efforts, including visual displays, pricing, and inventory purchasing to maximize sales
- Oversee POS transactions, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Train and develop staff members to foster a motivated and knowledgeable team
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Experience with online marketing such as Instagram and email marketing
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to maintain excellent customer relations
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting to meet store targets
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store procedures
- Organize staff schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours while managing time effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales management within a boutique or fashion environment
- Supervising experience with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in training & development
- Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to retail environments
- Exceptional customer service skills with professionalism in phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and maintain detailed records of transactions
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment
