Reporting to the team leader or plant supervisor, the production worker is responsible for maintaining the quality of his/her work to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Carry out all work in accordance with instructions given by the team leader
- Ensure that the work performed meets quality standards
- Report any problems to the immediate supervisor
- Work with a respectful approach for places, individuals and work tools
- Help other departments during busier periods
