We are seeking a motivated and experienced CCTV Sales & Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales of CCTV surveillance systems, access control, networking, and security solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and solutions for their needs.
- Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for CCTV and security systems.
- Coordinate and assist with CCTV installations and service calls when required.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, receiving shipments, and organizing the warehouse/showroom.
- Keep products, displays, and work areas clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as required to support daily business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CCTV surveillance sales and service.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, networking, and security products.
- Experience with CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and system configuration is an asset.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Willing to perform a variety of tasks beyond sales, including inventory management, restocking, and general organization.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and boxes when required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.

Pay: $52,888.23-$136,507.37 per year
