Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, promote oral health education, and work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure a positive patient experience. Duties
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Provide oral health education and personalized care instructions to patients of all ages
- Assist with patient examinations and record keeping using Dentrix or similar dental management software
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to develop treatment plans and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain sterilization protocols and uphold strict infection control standards
- Manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and support customer service efforts
- Assist in pediatric, orthodontic, or other specialized procedures as needed
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental practice management software is advantageous
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology is beneficial
- Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
- Experience in dental assisting or customer service roles enhances the ability to provide comprehensive patient care

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
