Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during each shift
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required

Pay: $17.60 per hour
