We’re looking for an experienced automotive salesperson who understands the entire sales process from A to Z — not just taking ups.
If you know how to find your own deals, structure them, and close them, this is where you scale your income.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating your own opportunities (social media, outreach, referrals)
- Handling inbound leads provided by the company
- Contacting prospects quickly and consistently
- Collecting required documents (license, income, etc.)
- Guiding customers through the financing process
- Matching customers with vehicles that fit approvals
- Closing deals and coordinating delivery across Ontario
Who We’re Looking For
You must:
- Have prior automotive sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Understand the full deal process (lead → docs → approval → delivery)
- Be comfortable asking for documents and moving deals forward
- Be active or willing to be active on social media to generate business
- Be hungry, competitive, and money-driven
- Be highly coachable and willing to follow a proven system
Bonus If You Have
- Subprime / financing experience
- Experience selling vehicles remotely or online
- CRM experience (Dealertrack, GHL, etc.)
This Is NOT For You If
- You wait for leads instead of creating them
- You’re slow to respond or follow up
- You struggle to ask customers for documents
- You need constant supervision
What You Bring
- OMVIC License (required)
- 1+ year experience in F&I, automotive sales, or business management
- Strong working knowledge of Dealertrack and lender programs
- Self-motivated, hungry, and results-driven
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating business

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
