Job description:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Business Development Manager to support the daily operations of PITANCO, the division responsible for the distribution of stainless-steel tubes and accessories, as well as ARAN Inc., a company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of industrial stainless-steel equipment. Both entities operate under the same corporate group.
This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, promoting products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to meet clients and assess their needs.
- Present and promote company products and services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Profile Requirements:
- Demonstrate proven experience in sales, ideally in a field-based role.
- Hold relevant experience in the food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience in industrial or construction environments.
- Communicate effectively and negotiate with confidence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Work autonomously with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be available for regular travel.
- Fluency in English (French is an asset).
