Carabao Care & Counselling is an integrated Family Medicine and Counselling Clinic, anticipated to open in December 2026, and we’re looking for compassionate, collaborative Family Physicians to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Family Physician at Carabao Care & Counselling, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centred primary care while collaborating closely with our counselling team to ensure patients have timely access to integrated mental health support when needed. You will continue to practice the full scope of family medicine while benefiting from an environment designed to improve continuity of care and physician satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
- Eligible for licensure or currently licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- CCFP designation (or eligible) is an asset
- Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary practice
- Commitment to preventive medicine, continuity of care, and lifelong learning
- Physicians looking to build or transition an existing patient panel are welcome
Billing Models Available
- Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model
- Fee-for-Service (where applicable)
