In this role, you’ll be out on the road, working with your hands (both indoors and outdoors), listening to your own playlists, and eventually managing your own job sites.
We can teach you how to use the tools. We can teach you the techniques. What we can’t teach is character. We are strictly looking for someone who is:

What to expect:
Week 1 - Mastering a New Skill
- Introduction to the team and understanding what makes us great!
- You'll be learning from the best, hands on and product knowledge
- By the end of the week, you'll know how to install residential and commercial tint, frost and security film
Week 2 - Out in the Field
- You will be practicing what you learnt in Week 1 at real customers
- Each day you'll demonstrate the process until you are confident to solo projects and days and eventually a whole crew.
Week 3 and on
- Look ahead at your day (using our app)
- Drive to projects on-time, calling ahead for client's ease of mind
- Complete projects on-time with great quality workmanship
- Get Google Reviews - we bonus $25 for each 5-star review!
Requirements
- Basic familiarity with construction, training will be provided
- Ability to use hand tools such as knives, screwdrivers, cutters, measuring tapes, and caulking guns effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely
- Prior experience with construction or handyman tasks is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills
