Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships and taking ownership. Business management isn't a typical 9 to5 accounting role. At times, our clients need advice and support outside of regular business hours, so flexibility and a strong client-service mindset are essential.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with clients, and continually learning. You'll thrive if you're proactive, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to help build a growing firm.
Growth Opportunity
This isn't just another accounting position. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career and help grow the firm. For the right candidate, this role offers significant growth, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, develop a portfolio of clients, grow into a leadership role, and potentially become a partner within approximately five years.
Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience. We believe in rewarding initiative, performance, and long-term commitment, with opportunities for increased responsibility, career advancement, and compensation growth as your role evolves.
