The Chiro Culture is hiring and we’d love to meet you! As a local business in the East Vancouver community, we are looking for an awesome individual to join our amazing family based Chiropractic practice!
OVERVIEW
This is a permanent part time position with only very limited hours at this time.
Looking for shift coverage on Tuesday afternoons, and some Saturday mornings. Currently only offering aprox 4-7 hrs/wk. (1-2 shifts/ week)
* Tuesday 3:00 pm-6:00 pm
* Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm (2-3x/mo)
We are looking for someone who is kind, outgoing, and confident. As a family based office we see all walks of life and would expect our team to be accommodating and respectful to all.
This position is perfect for someone looking for some very casual work or in addition to other jobs/ study.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone that demonstrates the following:
* Confidence, personality, and common sense
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; very comfortable dealing with the public
* Ability to multi-task and manage workflow
* Strong computer skills, including, google docs, google sheets
* Detail-oriented and efficient at being self-directed while working within a small team environment
* Punctual, reliable, responsible, and organized
* Professional and health-minded
* Minimum 1 yr Receptionist and/or Customer Service experience is preferred
* JaneApp software experience is a bonus & highly desirable
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answer phone and email queries
* Scheduling appointments, collecting payment, follow up calls and emails
* Clinic maintenance & tidying up
* Coordinating clients as they enter the office
* Office organization along with tracking metrics and statistics
* Helping chiropractor on shift with various tasks to allow for smooth operations
* Internal and external marketing support
