Flight Operations & Client Concierge Specialist
Location: Remote within Ontario (Waterloo Region preferred for occasional in-person meetings)
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
About Abeona International
Abeona International is a Canadian boutique private aviation and luxury travel company specializing in private jet charter, aircraft management, yacht charters, and bespoke travel experiences.
We are built around exceptional client service. Our team works collaboratively, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering seamless travel experiences for executives, entrepreneurs, families, and organizations throughout North America and beyond.
While much of our work can be performed remotely, we come together periodically for planning, training, and team meetings. Our priority is finding the right person—not necessarily the closest person. The ideal candidate will be located within a reasonable travel distance of the Waterloo Region and willing to attend occasional in-person meetings and company events.
About the Role
No two days are the same. One day, you may be coordinating a private jet charter, arranging ground transportation and catering for a client, supporting flight crews, or solving a last-minute travel challenge. Another day may involve preparing client proposals, improving internal systems, coordinating aircraft logistics, or supporting special projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where client service is always the top priority.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable. Private aviation is a dynamic industry where priorities can shift quickly, requiring sound judgment, initiative, and a willingness to support the team wherever needed. The right person is energized by solving problems, managing competing priorities, and helping deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and flight crews.
Key Responsibilities
Flight Operations & Dispatch Support
- Coordinate flight logistics before, during, and after trips
- Support dispatch and flight operations administration
- Communicate with pilots, aircraft operators, FBOs, maintenance providers, and aviation vendors

- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Support aircraft management and charter operations as required
Client Concierge
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients before and during travel
- Arrange ground transportation, catering, and any other special requests
- Communicate trip updates and travel logistics to clients
- Deliver the high-touch service experience that Abeona is known for

Business Operations

- Maintain CRM records and internal systems
- Assist with workflow improvements and special projects
- Support day-to-day company operations and administrative functions
- Help improve efficiency and contribute to company growth
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role comes from taking ownership, communicating proactively, thinking ahead, and consistently delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and colleagues.
The right person will be:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable supporting the team wherever your skills can have the greatest impact while maintaining a client-first mindset.
- Proactive, taking ownership of projects and following them through to completion.
- Comfortable making decisions and exercising sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively within a high-performing, close-knit team.
- Resourceful, dependable, and committed to finding solutions rather than waiting for direction.
- Interested in gaining exposure across multiple areas of the business, including operations, client service, marketing, and business development.
Important Expectations
Private aviation is a dynamic industry, and this role is not a traditional 9-to-5 position.
While the majority of your work will take place during regular business hours, there will occasionally be times when flights operate early in the morning, in the evening, on weekends, or during holidays. When that happens, our team works together to ensure our clients and flight crews receive the support they need.
We believe flexibility works both ways. We trust our team to manage their responsibilities, communicate openly, and deliver exceptional service. In return, we strive to provide a flexible work environment that recognizes the importance of work-life balance.
Success in this role is measured by ownership, responsiveness, teamwork, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience—not by time spent sitting at a desk.
