Overview
We are seeking professional and dependable Motorcoach Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on scheduled routes ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both Day & Night Shifts, including weekend work. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on safety, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Candidates should possess relevant driving experience and a good understanding of vehicle maintenance to keep our fleet in optimal condition.
Line Run Work - $25 Hour
Charters / Tours - Based on Experience
Duties
- Safely operate motorcoaches along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct pre-trip / Post Trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and proper functioning, including checking mechanical systems and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate E- trip logs, adhere to schedules, and communicate effectively with dispatch regarding any delays or issues.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks or report mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure passenger safety at all times during transit.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1A or 2A License Required
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with motorcoaches or similar large vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
