Reinhold Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Mastercam and experienced in developing complex CNC programs for high-precision components.

Role Responsibilities:
- Program CNC lathes and mills using Mastercam
- Set up and optimize production on HAAS, Hyundai-WIA/KIA, Kiwa, and Fanuc-controlled machines
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- Perform test runs and adjust programs as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with machinists, supervisors, and QC to resolve issues and improve workflow Maintain program documentation and tooling records
- Archive programs according to company requirements
Role Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of CNC programming experience in a custom machining or job shop environment
- Proficient in Mastercam and G-code/M code
- Familiar with HAAS, Hyundai-WIA/KIA, Kiwa, and Fanuc controls.
- Strong knowledge of machining practices and cutting tools
- Ability to troubleshoot issues during setup or production
- Journeyman Machinist ticket (Red Seal) is an asset
