About the Role
We are currently hiring for a part-time Shoppe Retail Salesperson position. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Providing knowledgeable, personalized wine recommendations based on guest preferences, occasions, and budgets

Delivering an engaging and educational retail experience that encourages exploration and builds guest loyalty

Supporting sales goals through attentive service, strong product knowledge, and thoughtful upselling

Providing in-depth knowledge of wines, regions, varietals, and featured products to confidently guide guest selections

Supporting merchandising efforts by ensuring shelves, displays, and feature areas are well stocked, organized, and visually appealing

Supporting inventory management by receiving, stocking, rotating product, and communicating replenishment needs to leadership

Supporting wine tastings, retail events, and in-store educational experiences through product knowledge and storytelling

Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the retail space

What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who:

Demonstrates a genuine interest in wine and a commitment to uncommon hospitality

Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)

Is eager to learn about wine styles, regions, tasting notes, and food pairings

Brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach

Thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with ease

Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution

Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Wine education or certifications (e.g., Sommelier or related training) are considered an asset

Is available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
