What Is The Opportunity?
· Full-time positions available.
· Full-time shifts: Monday to Friday.
· From $17.60 - $20.00 per hour.
· No night, weekend, or holiday work.
· Guaranteed weekly pay, vacation pay paid weekly, non-taxable per km mileage rate paid weekly.
· Guaranteed Weekly Direct Deposit.
· Paid training.
· Health and Dental plans after 3 months.
What Does A Workday Look Like?
· Preparing and loading cleaning products and equipment into a vehicle.
· Provide an exceptional service in customers’ homes performing different cleaning activities, e.g. cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.
· Moving reasonably light furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
· Operating a personal motor vehicle to transport team members, materials, and cleaning supplies to each home (where necessary).
· Taking pride and being passionate about the work you do.
What Is Required For The Role?
· A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
· Clean police record and strong references.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.
· Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment.
· Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
· Ability to drive to and from various job sites.
