Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and procurement of parts by identifying reliable suppliers and negotiating favorable terms to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform accurate data entry into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other inventory management software to track parts availability, orders, and stock levels.
- Maintain organized inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) entries for maintenance parts.
- Support supply chain activities by coordinating with vendors, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting internal teams with parts inquiries, order status updates, and technical support related to mechanical or manufacturing needs.
Experience
- Previous dealership experience or background working within automotive or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving will help you succeed in this energetic role.
