About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and service technicians. You will help customers understand their vehicle service needs, prepare repair orders, communicate updates, and ensure every guest receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a positive service experience from arrival to pick-up.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate service recommendations clearly.
- Work closely with technicians and parts staff to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Provide customers with timely updates, estimates, and explanations of completed work.
- Maintain strong follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional presentation, and a team-focused approach.
- Automotive service experience is an asset.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is an asset.
