Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems like Micros POS
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service flow
- Assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences when possible
- Monitor waiting lists and communicate wait times effectively to guests
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems such as Micros POS, is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
