We are seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate Taekwondo Studio Manager & Instructor to lead our growing academy. This unique dual role requires a skilled martial artist who can both inspire students on the mats and drive business growth off the mats. You will split your time between leading high-energy Taekwondo classes and overseeing daily studio operations, sales, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Instruction: Lead and teach safe, structured, and high-energy Taekwondo classes for children, teens, and adults.
Drive Revenue: Handle membership sales, follow up on digital leads, and convert trial students into long-term members.
Member Retention: Build strong relationships with students and parents, monitor attendance, and ensure a positive student experience.
Curriculum & Events: Coordinate Taekwondo belt promotion testings, seasonal camps, tournaments, and community demonstrations.
Daily Operations: Manage the class schedule, oversee front-desk administrative tasks, and ensure the training floor is clean and safe.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo (WTF). 2+ years of experience teaching. Exceptional communication skills. Strong organizational skills to balance administrative duties. Sales experience is an asset. Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required prior to hiring.
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
