NATT Safety Services is a leader in confined space rescue, industrial safety services, and training solutions across high-risk industries. We are looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team!
The Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time position running on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit rescue teams as the arrive at the office prior to leaving to go to site:
- Fit for duty
- Propper PPE
- Certifications readily available
Inventory Management:
- Create job inventory sheet & pull the required equipment
- Perform daily monitor bump tests prior to jobs leaving the office
- Close off job inventories as equipment is returned
- Clean and sanitize equipment as required
Responsible for Fleet Vehicles:
- Designate fleet vehicles & complete daily vehicle usage report
- Cleaning (inside & outside)
- Fueling up
- Servicing (Mr. Lube or Victory Lube)
- Coordinate with Operations / Scheduling team regarding upcoming and completed work
- Basic groundskeeping (snow removal)
- Clean and sweep warehouse and training centre
- Perform duties of a Runner (pick up equipment from local suppliers, deliver equipment/personnel to site)
- Provide additional coverage during busy times (shutdowns, down days, vacation, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Mining / Industrial experience is considered an asset
- Experience with rescue and gas detection equipment is considered an asset
- Vale site indoctrinations
- Valid G license
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in different environmental conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of individuals

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
