You will be the face of the Freshii brand on the front lines, energizing our guests every day. You’ll provide fun, educational and accurate service. You’ll resolve any service issues and make sure guests walk away happii.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, and POS transactions with accuracy.
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory management to ensure stock levels meet demand.
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote store products and events.
- Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with supervising experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail sales, merchandising, pricing, and sales management strategies.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures.
- Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, marketing, and store management practices.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Retail or quick service restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment an asset
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Weekdays, Monday - Friday (shift times may vary) 730 am - 730pm
- Minimum weekly availability of 20 hrs
- FoodSafe Level 1 (asset if you have it!)
