Our growing company is seeking a driven Brand Sales Representative to represent one of the most popular luxury used car dealership in Canada. local-family owned and operated dealership group founded in 1984.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own and our leads to develop and support new business relationships on a daily basis. The main responsibility of this position is client interaction with the purpose of selling and leasing our vehicles and develop long lasting relationships based on repeat referrals. The ideal candidate will also be willing to market themselves to create opportunities in the local community through various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales, in house leads, self created leads and showroom visits
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining dealership policies and customer satisfaction standards
- Manage sales support activities including follow-up communications, appointment scheduling, and documentation processing
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and using CRM tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, text or in person, ensuring a positive buying experience
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, market trends, and promotional campaigns to optimize performance
Skills
