Arbutus Ridge Golf Club is seeking a reliable and motivated Prep Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays a key role in supporting our restaurant, patio, tournaments, member events, and banquet operations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef specifications.
- Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, fruits, meats, and other food items.
- Assist with banquet and event food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Rotate and label inventory using proper FIFO procedures.
- Assist line cooks and chefs during busy service periods as required.
- Receive and properly store deliveries.
- Support overall kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is considered an asset.
- Food Safe certification preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
