Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver specializing in Childcare to provide attentive support to children in a home setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of children while fostering a nurturing environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives through personalized care and engagement.
She is willing to work on flexible hours and willing to travel with family vacations.

Duties
- Prepare children for school in the morning by preparing their clothes, pack school lunch and snacks and prepare breakfast
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and teaching exercises to promote development
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning toys, play areas, and maintaining a tidy environment
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their safety at all times during caregiving hours
- Discipline the children according to the parent's method
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding child's progress, activities, and any concerns
Skills
- Experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds
- Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices, including safety protocols and child development principles
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
- Skills in cleaning and maintaining a hygienic environment for children
- Teaching abilities to support early childhood learning and development initiativesThis position is ideal for caring individuals committed to nurturing children's growth in a safe, supportive home environment. Prior experience in caregiving or childcare is preferred, along with a genuine passion for working with children.
