We are looking for someone reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and experienced in exterior repairs and service work.
Scope of Work:
- Siding repairs and replacements
- Soffit & fascia repairs
- Eavestrough and downspout repairs
- Flashing and caulking
- Minor roofing repairs
- Exterior deficiencies and warranty/service work
- General handyman exterior work
Requirements:
- Previous exterior renovation/service experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service
