At Affordable Comfort, we are growing quickly and looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service and Dispatch Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them feel confident and cared for from the moment they call.
In this role, you will schedule appointments, coordinate with our technicians, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Every day is about making things simple and stress-free for our customers and our team.
What your day looks like:
- Answering calls and helping customers book service with ease
- Coordinating schedules with our technicians
- Keeping communication clear, calm, and organized
- Supporting a team that works together and helps each other succeed
What we are looking for:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly phone presence
- Experience in trades administration
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and takes initiative
