Family Foot Care is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.

What You’ll Do
As a Receptionist, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience for every patient. Your responsibilities will include:
- Send appointment reminders to patients
- Greet patients upon arrival and check them into the Tracker scheduling system
- Provide new patients with Initial Visit Forms before their consultation
- Process patient payments and invoices
- Collect deposits for nail surgeries when appointments are booked
- Schedule follow-up appointments according to the practitioner’s treatment plan or patient requests
- Answer incoming calls, monitor voicemail, and return messages the same day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Receive, organize, and send courier packages
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all patients
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of reception or front-desk experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using scheduling and computer systems
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service
