What You'll Do
- Visit pre-qualified Ottawa homeowners for in-home design consultations (confirmed appointments provided, no cold calling, no door knocking)
- Walk customers through a structured product and design presentation
- Uncover what the homeowner actually needs and recommend the right solution with confidence
- Present pricing and financing options clearly and process applications on the spot
- Work alongside our project managers and office team for a smooth handoff from sale to build
- Report appointment outcomes daily through our CRM
You're a Fit If You...
- Bring 5+ years of consultative, in-person sales experience and know what good looks like
- Have sold premium products or services ($15,000+ average ticket) and are comfortable defending value over price
- Can speak clearly to your own track record: close ratio, average sale size, annual revenue
- Respect a proven process and are willing to run it before reinventing it
- Carry quiet confidence and earn trust naturally inside someone's home
- Hold a valid driver's license and are comfortable being on the road across the Ottawa area daily

Monday to Friday, plus occasional weekends as needed
Ottawa, ON residency required. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
