The Scope of the Role and Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Promotes Guest Satisfaction by ensuring all food is executed to standard
- Maintaining a spotlessly clean kitchen and back of house
- Adhering to all food handling and health & safety procedures
- Operate from, and execute tasks as delegated by Kitchen Managers
- Contributing to an atmosphere of hard work, discipline, respectful communication, cooperation and positivity and fun amongst all staff
Skills / Experience
- Demonstrates a high level of intensity and attention to detail in work habits and work quality
- Strong knife skills
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food equipment operation
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Time management and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and respectful demeanour
