Overview
We are seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, implementation of operational systems, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Previous leadership experience is required.
Schedule
This is a full time, 40 hour a week, 48 week per year commitment.
Two Schedule styles are available:
A) Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12:30am
B) Wednesday - Sunday, 4pm - 12:30am

Wilbur's Taco Shop is a notable fast-casual brand within Toronto (Wilbur Mexicana, King West) with substantial expansion plans. All Managers are provided ownership opportunities should they desire to be a part of the ownership group.
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
