The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling and preparation, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in baking. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Your role will be vital in creating delightful products that meet our customers' expectations.
Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Decorate cakes and other baked items with artistic flair.
- Package finished products for sale while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and taking special orders when required.
- Collaborate with team members to create new recipes and improve existing ones.
