LAD Power & Controls is a Calgary based installer of building automation and HVAC controls specializing in commercial, industrial and multi-residential applications. We are currently seeking self-motivated, reliable second, third and fourth year electrical apprentices to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Cut, thread, bend, assemble and install conduits and other types of electrical conductor enclosures and fittings.
- Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors.
- Position, maintain and install control equipment.
- Splice, join and connect wire to form circuits.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical drawings and electrical code specifications.

Qualifications that are considered an asset:
- Registered electrical apprentice; SAIT's Pre-employment electrician course and/or good working knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations
- Construction experience specifically bending, cutting, installing conduit
- First aid, fall protection, lift training, WHMIS
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
