Key Responsibilities:
- Bake a variety of fresh pastries, and sweets daily.
- Ensure high-quality standards and consistency in all baked goods.
- Manage baking schedules and inventory for ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
- Collaborate with the team to create new seasonal or special menu items.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in baking or pastry arts (required).
- Passionate about baking and creating delicious, visually appealing products.
- Able to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- A love for coffee and a desire to contribute to a warm, welcoming shop atmosphere.
