We are seeking energetic and motivated Fast Food Servers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday: 11:00 am to 3:00pm
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Pay: $17.75 per hour
