The Payroll Administrator runs the payroll system and ensures that employees are paid accurately and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process employee payroll on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
- Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime
- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies
- Handle payroll discrepancies, errors, or inquiries
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed
- Collaborate with HR and the finance department for seamless payroll operations
- Handle RRSP contributions as related to payroll
- Billing and Benefits input as related to payroll
- Year End Processing

- provision of a Criminal Record Check from the Winnipeg Police Services or RCMP which affirms that the Vulnerable Sector Screening is clear;
- provision of evidence of clearance from the Child Abuse Registry Check;
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
