Job Overview
We are seeking professional and dependable Event Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment during concerts, sports events, festivals, corporate functions, and other special events. The ideal candidate will provide crowd control, access monitoring, and customer service while ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and performers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
- Conduct bag checks and access control screening when required.
- Patrol event areas, parking lots, and surrounding property.
- Manage crowd control and respond to incidents or emergencies.
- Enforce venue policies and safety procedures.
- Assist guests with directions and general event information.
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Work closely with supervisors, staff, and emergency services when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous security or customer service experience preferred.
- Valid Security Guard License and Serve it right certificate required.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
