Safri Management Corp. is looking for a part-time leasing agent to join our team. This person will be expected to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This part-time role is designed to evolve. Based on your performance and our business growth, we anticipate this position expanding to full-time hours within 3-6 months.
Successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Marketing available rental units through Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other rental platforms.
- Schedule appointments.
- Review applications and approve or deny applicants based on internal criteria.
- Correctly build and complete leases, pet addendums, and government paperwork as required.
- Verify completeness of application and pre-move in process.
- Complete move-in and move-out inspections and forms.
- Know and understand the ORT act as it applies to leasing.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the rental market. Specifically rates and offers promoted by competitors.
- Required to meet with prospective tenants at various hours and days.
- General office duties as they relate to the position.

- Must have a reliable computer, MacBook is ideal, but PC will also work
- A quick learner
- Ability to sell and close.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
