We are growing and looking for a full-time, highly driven Sales Consultant to represent our brand and lead sales within our exclusive communities.
This is not a typical real estate role. We are seeking someone who understands luxury, lifestyle, and relationship-building, not transactional selling.
Compensation: 100% commission; no base salary (see commission structure new bottom).

What You’ll Do
- Represent Silvergate Homes at our model homes and sales centres
- Guide clients through the purchase and customization of their luxury home
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified buyers; implement sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
- Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience from first visit to firm sale
- Collaborate with our internal team on marketing, events, and client strategy
- Host and execute on-site events to drive traffic and engagement
- Maintain deep product knowledge and confidently communicate our value over competitors
What We’re Looking For,
- Proven sales experience (real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar preferred)
- Strong closing ability with a consultative sales approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Availability to work weekends & evenings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in new home sales is an asset

Commission Structure
- Commission is calculated on total sales excluding HST, including any extras added at contract signing.
- Commissions are paid in two stages: 50% upon a firm offer; 50% after closing.
- Employees receive a bi-weekly draw against future commissions through regular payroll, subject to applicable deductions.
- Total commission payments are reduced by any draws already paid year-to-date.
