Safiant Ltd. is currently hiring a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting company services, generating leads, and maintaining professional customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses
- Promote company services professionally
- Generate new business leads and follow up with clients
- Schedule appointments and maintain call records
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- Maintain positive client relationships
Requirements
- Previous telemarketing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and good work ethic
- English communication required (Punjabi/Hindi is an asset)
